Schwarzkopf Professional Website Content Management

gm-design has supported Schwarzkopf Professional as Content Partner for almost two decades. With an unrivalled understanding of the brand, we were appointed as Content Managers to oversee the global rollout of the international website to over 30 countries in alignment with a number of third-party agencies. The large-scale project, scheduled over the course of 1 year, involved intensive liaison with the international brand, sales, education and digital teams to outline the content required for the new websites.

Once the international website obtained full sign off, we worked alongside marketing teams from each country to create local websites that effectively presented their customised portfolio and individual marketing plans, whilst retaining global consistency. A high level of editing, format proofing and technical troubleshooting are required for continuous day-to-day content design, scheduling, administration and maintenance, amounting to over 500 updates annually since the global launch.
